OVERVIEW: The entire website build process involved numerous stages including evaluation of existing (EOE), SWOT analysis, needs identification, solutions conception, scope identification and development, statement of work and budget development, product architecture evaluation and discovery, site mapping white boarding, persona development, UX development, complete design from preliminary concept to final, full site development, governance document creation, complete site beta testing as well as SEO/Adwords evaluation, optimization and implementation.

As the overall manager of the Oldcastle Precast website build project, part of my responsibilities included the management of the database team and hands on creation of the master database files for over 5000 line item products carried throughout 17 regions by a total of over 65 manufacturing locations, with each location having a unique product offering and corresponding database.

My responsibilities further included the management of all web based products and initial digital strategies. This included the representation of all products in general internet search results. As part of the website SEO strategies, keyword strategies for specific products, applications, and markets were developed and implemented to increase organic ranking positions while over time diminishing dependencies on paid keyword positioning such as AdWords.
