As the Creative Marketing Director my duties included the management and oversight of all communications to ensure brand compliance and consistency with messaging and marketing strategies. This included initiatives such as technical documents, product use and installation manuals, project scope, SOQ, SOW, RFP, technical educational courses/articles, product presentations, website governance documents, patent application language, and best practice guidelines. Education COURSE/articles
Each Continuing Education article was developed around a specific product or product group to highlight the core features, benefits and messaging. The courses were also designed to promote and strengthen the Oldcastle Precast brand and position the company as the industry leader/expert in product knowledge and education and training within the industry.
